1. Our Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with ezsubs. If ezsubs doesn't meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first subscription payment — no questions asked.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

• The refund request must be for your first-ever subscription payment on ezsubs.
• The request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of that first charge.
• The account must not have been found to abuse the refund policy (e.g., repeated sign-ups across multiple accounts to claim multiple refunds).

3. What Is Not Covered

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Subscription renewals (monthly or annual auto-renewals after the initial payment).
• Plan upgrades or downgrades.
• Extra seat purchases.
• Free-plan usage — there is nothing to refund as no payment was made.
• Requests submitted after the 14-day window has passed.
• Accounts determined to be abusing the refund policy.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with:

• Subject line: Refund request
• The email address linked to your ezsubs account.
• A brief reason (optional — it helps us improve).

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

5. Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not offer refunds in the form of credits or alternative payment methods unless otherwise agreed.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of ezsubs after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
